Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you with the exchange process, which may include choosing a different size, color, or product.

Please note: We cannot accept exchanges after 48 hours from the time you receive your order. Any exchange requests made after this window will not be processed.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you'd like to exchange.
  2. Exchange Approval: Our team will confirm the exchange and provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the Item: You will receive a prepaid shipping label for the return of the item. The return shipping cost for the first leg of the exchange is covered by us.
  4. Pay for Reshipping: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange. However, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the exchange item to you. We will provide an invoice for the second shipping cost, and payment will be required before we ship your exchanged item.

Returns Due to Mistakes on Our Part

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will accept a return and provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge. Please contact us immediately if this happens, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

As a reminder, we do not accept returns for any reason other than a mistake on our part. All sales are final unless the exchange request is made within the 48-hour window.
